Advanced state-of-the-art 3D scan tools are used for the reproduction of parts and blades of old or other OEM units.
Parts and components of any size, complexity and shape, including blades, are 3D modelled through fast and accurate optical digitising systems in combination to photogrammetric systems or using portable seven-axis contact/noncontact laser arms.
Point-cloud acquisitions are handled by an optimised reverse-engineering software and directly exported to design and re-engineering teams.
Ansaldo Energia is certified in compliance with the most highly accredited quality systems and strives constantly to improve performances while satisfying environmental needs.
